There’s no nice way of saying it. Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues is a fucking train wreck. It’s disjointed, illogical even for a zany comedy, and largely unfunny. Plus it’s at least a half hour too long. The only reason to keep watching instead of turning it off, is so that you assimilate its gags and never have to watch it again.

    • Thanks for reading Mark. After re-reading your review it seems like we’re on opposite ends of the spectrum. I still think the first one is pointed zaniness, while the second is more disjointed. I also think that the rumble was probably the funnies thing about it Anchorman 2. I didn’t mind it disrupting the flow at that point, because I never felt like there was much to start with. One area where we can absolutely agree however, is that the soundtrack. An excellent selection of songs that are integrated extremely well into the movie.
