“Spoilerpiece Theatre” is a weekly movie podcast where I talk about new releases with fellow BOFCA critics Dave Riedel and Kris Jenson. We don’t give a shit about spoilers. We just want to talk about the movies.

In Episode 177 below, we review The Disaster Artist and The Florida Project. After I tell Kris and Dave about my exploding sofa cushions, we delve into the week’s movies. First there’s The Disaster Artist (6:30), the absolutely wonderful making-of-The-Room movie directed by James Franco and starring Franco as Tommy Wiseau and his brother Dave Franco as Greg Sestero. Then there’s Sean Baker’s The Florida Project (22:07), which all three of us saw and have lots of opinions about.
